Nixxes Software is credited for the PC version of the Miles Moralesa successful Dutch studio like Sony Interactive Entertainment acquired back in 2021 for their “technical and development capabilities”. Fans have praised the speed of the port release, which would generally take much longer, especially for titles of this magnitude.
It seems that the Nixxes’ specialty in porting is already paying off, and it’s a clear hint that PlayStation has a long-term plan to re-release as many of their popular exclusives as possible. This left many fans speculating about the various titles they are hoping for.
Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered earned a lot of hype for its various improvements, including some very awesome ray tracing and other quality-of-life changes for the PC version.
The remaster wowed audiences when it came out last month, so PC owners are likely ecstatic to complete Miles’ follow-up story on the same platform. Both games received almost unanimous praise from critics and fans alike for their heart, humor, mechanics, and visuals. They really defined what a AAA title can muster when the technology reinforces a clear and successful vision.
Miles Morales is sure to maintain its buzz, thanks to a much-anticipated crossover with Fortnite that will feature Spider-Gwen. But fans are quite disappointed that a release date is still not concrete.
