It appears that Judgment and Lost Judgment recently had their PC versions rated by the ESRB. The games were previously released on the Playstation and Xbox consoles as well as Stadia and Luna. Gamers have been eagerly waiting for these two games to come to consoles, and it looks like they’re finally getting them.
The Judgment series is a spin-off to the acclaimed Yakuza series. The first game titled ‘Judgment’ was released on Playstation 4 in 2019. Later, a remastered version was released on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Luna and Stadia. The sequel to Judgment was titled Lost Judgment. It was released on all Playstation and Xbox consoles as well as Luna.
You get to play the role of Takayuki Yagami, a former lawyer turned private detective who helps solve a variety of crimes in these games. To maintain a high level of authenticity, the games are played in a recreation of the Kamorucho neighborhood of Tokyo. The first game won acclaim for its combat and gameplay mechanics. But it was panned for the crime-free aspects of the game. In addition, Los Judgment was mostly praised for the diverse range of missions it offered and for giving Yagami several layers of complexity.
With these praises, it was inevitable that the game would come to PC. The Yakuza series is already on PC, so it would be really beneficial for Sega, the publisher, to bring it there. Now fans can finally enjoy the games on PC. But no release date has been announced for these two games yet. We can expect news of their releases very soon.
